1. JOB PURPOSE
- To procure, through B2B telephone contact, new business for BWOC Ltd by selling from our portfolio of fuel cards.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maximise the data provided.
- To generate new business in line with set targets.
- To provide follow up calls to company mail shots as and when required.
- To consistently maintain company Telephone standards.
- To maintain the database and keep all information up to date.
3. SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES & KPIs
- To achieve a minimum new business target of 17 new accounts
- To achieve a call duration of no less than 120 minutes per day.
- To achieve a monthly average size account of 450 lts per week.
- To maintain a high call quality at all times.
- To demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
As an experienced telesales executive for BWOC you would be selling fuel cards to industrial and commercial end users via phone contact.
All data is provided and an excellent telephone manner and persuasive selling skills are required.
Working towards the KPI’s mentioned above it is imperative that you are good at selling and can prove it during your probationary period.
A good basic salary and commission package is available to the right candidates.
