SALARY

£18k per annum


In addition to the base salary, each telesales team member benefits from an uncapped target-based commission. (Average salary £24k)

WORKING HOURS

Partially flexible, limited by the B2B nature of the industry (standard business operating hours usually 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping up with the trends in the fuel card industry (support provided)

Calling potential new customers on our database to establish and develop a working relationship

Identifying customer’s fuel card needs and offering the best solution tailored to their individual circumstances

Working closely with other BWOC departments, sharing information to ensure smooth delivery of services

Utilising and updating the sales software to maintain a clean customer database

Achieving daily / weekly / monthly goals and KPIs

Sending pricing emails and communicating with customers using email as well as the phone

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for sales professionals with proven track records and impeccable work ethic. You would become part of the BWOC family, working closely with our well-established office-based Fuel Card Telesales Team. This team is the first point of contact with potential new customers and forms an important part of what we do, representing our family values, friendly approach and personalised service.


You would be contacting potential new customers and introducing our range of fuel cards to them. We offer coaching and guidance designed to help you reach your goals, necessary sales equipment (Laptop and mobile phone) and uncapped commission.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales work experience

  • Experience in the fuel industry would be beneficial, however we are able to provide comprehensive training, which will equip the applicant with industry knowledge

  • Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships

  • Excellent track record of achieving KPI’s

  • Resilience and Positive attitude at all times

  • Aptitude for building and maintaining work relationships with colleagues as well as customers

  • Ability to self-motivate and work on own-initiative

  • Team spirit and supportive attitude towards your colleagues
